ArrowDash Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026
Last updated: October 12, 2026

ArrowDash is provided by SparkMind Interactive, operated by SPARK MIND INTERACTIVE LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This policy explains information handling for ArrowDash and related support communications, and your privacy choices. Website privacy is covered by our studio website policy.

Website: sparkmindinteractive.com
Privacy contact: contact@sparkmindinteractive.com

This policy describes current local storage and information handling in versions with AdMob advertising. Advertising and privacy-options provisions apply to versions with those features enabled. This policy applies to ArrowDash. Other games have their own privacy policies.

1. Game Data and Local Storage

ArrowDash stores data needed to run the game on your device, including:

These data save progress, display results, support points and items, prevent duplicate rewards, and help the game run and support troubleshooting.

In the current version, game saves, scoreboards, and the game's own diagnostic records stay on your device. We have not connected them to a cloud-save, online leaderboard, or diagnostic-upload service operated by us. Advertising SDK processing is described separately below.

Point and item spending records are in-game data, not bank-card or payment-account information.

2. AdMob Advertising

Advertising-enabled versions of ArrowDash use Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK, including rewarded ads that you choose to watch.

Depending on the platform, SDK settings, privacy choices, and applicable rules, Google may process:

These data may support ad delivery, permitted personalisation, measurement, analytics, service improvements, and fraud prevention. Processing depends on the actual SDK configuration and Google's policies. Child-user restrictions described in section 9 apply.

Read the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner sites and apps.

If you choose not to watch a rewarded ad, you may not receive its extra game reward. Choosing to watch an ad does not give consent to every personalisation or tracking purpose; privacy choices are handled separately.

3. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, an advertising-enabled release must provide the necessary information and choices before requesting ads, and handle requests according to your choices and the advertising SDK's permission status.

Where available and required in your version, the app's Privacy options entry lets you review or change advertising choices. This describes versions with that feature enabled; it does not imply that the entry exists in every pre-release or test build. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing previously based on valid consent.

Declining personalised advertising or withdrawing certain consent may not stop all ads or all information processing. Whether non-personalised or limited ads can be shown depends on applicable rules and Google's services.

On iOS, tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is subject to the system permission. You can manage it in device settings. On Android, use the device's advertising privacy controls to manage identifiers and related choices; options vary by system version.

4. Information You Provide When Contacting Us

If you contact us by email or other published contact channels, we receive the contact information, issue description, and attachments you provide.

We use them to respond, handle privacy requests, and investigate reported problems. Please avoid sending sensitive information unrelated to your request.

5. Information Sharing

The game's current local saves and runtime records are not automatically uploaded to us.

Google and partners participating in its advertising services may process advertising information under applicable privacy choices and policies. We do not sell your local game saves to data brokers.

We use or disclose information you voluntarily send us only as needed to handle your request, obtain assistance from necessary service providers, meet legal obligations, or protect legitimate rights.

6. Retention and Deletion

Device game saves generally remain until you clear app data, delete the relevant saves, or remove the app. Actual deletion and restoration depend on operating-system and device backup settings. Clearing data may permanently remove progress, points, and items.

The game's own diagnostic records remain local. Recent event records are replaced as new events occur; some statistics and reward settlement records may remain to support game features and prevent duplicate rewards.

We retain information you send us for the time needed to handle your request, and longer where legal duties or reasonable dispute-resolution needs apply.

Google's retention and deletion of advertising information are governed by its policies and applicable rules. Clearing local ArrowDash data does not automatically delete information already processed by Google.

7. Security and International Processing

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information and how it is handled, but no device, storage, or transmission method is absolutely secure.

Google and other providers may process information outside your country or region. Refer to their policies for international processing and safeguards.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to a competent authority.

Send requests to contact@sparkmindinteractive.com. We may need information necessary to identify the data and verify your identity.

For game data stored only on your device that we cannot access, use the device's app-data controls. For information independently processed by Google, you can also use Google's privacy management and request channels.

9. Children and Young People

ArrowDash's intended audience includes children under 13. Store age ratings may differ by region and must reflect the released game's content and audience.

Advertising-enabled releases for children require age-appropriate ads and the applicable child-directed or under-age protections. Personalised advertising and tracking must not be offered to child users where prohibited. If the necessary protections are not available, advertising for those users must remain disabled. A general advertising consent message does not replace any legally required parental consent.

We do not knowingly collect or use children's personal information in violation of applicable child privacy laws. Parents or guardians who believe we have handled a child's information improperly can contact us to request an investigation and appropriate action. Please avoid including unnecessary information about a child in the request.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when features, third-party services, or information practices change, and will revise the date on this page.

Where a significant change requires notice or consent, we will handle it as required. Continued app use does not replace separately required consent.
